Lucknow, November 21 (Language) The minor son of an Additional Superintendent of Police level officer died after being hit by a speeding car in Gomti Nagar Extension area of Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, on Tuesday morning. Police have arrested two accused in this case. Police gave information about this.
According to the police, Naimish (10), son of Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Shweta Srivastava posted in Lucknow, had gone for skating practice near Janeshwar Mishra Park, when he died after being hit by a speeding vehicle.
He told that after this accident, the police has taken the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) – East Ashish Srivastava said that after watching the CCTV footage of the incident, the Mahindra Has been done.
He said that both the accused will soon be taken on remand and further action will be taken.
Srivastava said that today at 5.30 am, Naimish, son of ASP Shweta Srivastava, working at the police headquarters in Gomtinagar extension area, was hit by a vehicle.
He told that he was practicing skating at the time of the incident. The child seriously injured in the accident was taken to the hospital where doctors declared him dead.
