All BJP leaders have the same language, do not even talk about issues: Gehlot.

Jaipur, November 20 (Language) Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Monday said that the language of all the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders coming for election campaign in the state is the same and they do not even talk about the issue.

Along with this, Gehlot said that if the central government wants to reduce the prices of petrol then it should reduce the excise duty.

Gehlot told reporters here, “All the BJP leaders who are coming… whether it is Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah or any Union Minister or Chief Ministers of other states,… Everyone’s speeches are the same. There is no debate on the work we did for Dalits, backward classes, youth and farmers in the last five years.

Gehlot said, “He will not speak on that.” They are turning empty non-issues into ‘issues’… They are speaking the same language. Inciting language, which is not in the interest of democracy.

Regarding Prime Minister Modi’s proposed road show, Gehlot said, “This is all a show of his.” Have done road shows in many states… got beaten in Himachal Pradesh and Karnataka. Bajrang Bali, Bajrang Bali had said…Bajrang Bali himself rejected him asking why are you misusing my name. Couldn’t succeed there…”

Gehlot said, “Even God understands that this limit has been reached, I am for everyone, I am in everyone’s house and these people, this party are misusing me.” How long will they tolerate it?’

The Chief Minister said that the state government is aware that the price of petrol in the border districts like Ganganagar of the state is higher than that of neighboring Punjab and Haryana, but in the last 25 years no government of the state has been able to reduce it. He said that if the central government wants to reduce the price of petrol then it should reduce the excise duty.
