Bilaspur – BJP candidate Amar Aggarwal has made 23 announcements for the development of the city. In his manifesto, Amar Aggarwal has announced to build an organized city and has also promised to drive away the hooligans from the city. Amar Aggarwal said that the land of many people of the city will be lost. Revenue courts and police stations will be established for such people whose land has been captured due to hooliganism and the land of the people who have been affected by hooliganism will be returned. Amar Aggarwal said that the next election will be held according to the new Arpa Par Municipal Corporation. If our government is formed, Arpa Par Municipal Corporation will be made a hub of employment and education for the youth along with ponds and hospital, electricity, traffic water and Jupiter market will be made hi-tech. Sewerage work will be made, work will start again, Amrit Mission work will be completed, terming the present MLA as workless and saying that Bilaspur has become leaderless. Regarding the manifesto of the state, the former minister said that today Modi’s guarantee is there in the entire country and the world, hence the state. The manifesto is also Modi’s guarantee.
