As part of the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, Meri Mati Mera Desh – Amrit Kalash Yatra will be organized at the Raj Bhavan. The soil collected in the Kalash will be brought to the Raj Bhavan by visiting the houses of the martyrs from all the Gram Panchayats.

Under the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, soil was collected in urns by going door to door from all the gram panchayats in honor of the martyrs of India. Soil collected from every village under 146 development blocks of 33 districts of the state will be brought to Raj Bhavan. On this occasion, a state level program is being organized at Raj Bhavan on 27 October 2023. Celebrating the 75th year of independence, Amrit Kalash will be taken on the duty path of the capital New Delhi. Where Amrit Vatika will be constructed in honor of the martyrs with soil brought from different states.
CRPF And in coordination with Nehru Yuva Kendra, a state level program of Meri Mati Mera Desh – Amrit Kalash Yatra will be organized. CRPF Officials of the Government of India met Governor Shri Vishwabhushan Harichandan at Raj Bhavan today and invited him for the programme.
