It is being told that firecrackers were being carried illegally in the train. Then the firecrackers caught fire due to the cigarette. However, there was no loss of life in this accident and the fire was brought under control. There was a stir due to fire in a moving train. The passengers sitting in the train saved their lives by jumping from the moving train, during which many passengers suffered minor injuries.

According to the information received, as the Awadh-Assam Express was about to reach Bareilly Junction, a sudden fire broke out in the S-2 coach. As soon as the information about the fire in the train was received, the fire department officials along with the fire brigade vehicle reached the railway station, where the fire department employees immediately brought the fire under control.
