New Delhi, November 8 (Language) Public sector engineering company Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) suffered a consolidated net loss of Rs 238.12 crore in the second quarter of the current financial year. The company gave this information in a statement.
The company had made a profit of Rs 12.10 crore in the same quarter of the last financial year.
In the information given to the stock market, the company said that its total income declined to Rs 5,305.38 crore in the quarter under review, which was Rs 5,418.74 crore in the same quarter of the last financial year.
The company had also incurred a consolidated net loss of Rs 343.89 crore in the first quarter of the current financial year.
