Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Election 2023 phase 2


Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Election 2023 phase 2: Bilaspur. Voting for the second phase of Chhattisgarh assembly elections is today. Voting is from 8 am to 5 pm on 70 seats in 22 districts of the state. Voting timings are from 7 am to 3 pm only at 9 polling stations in Bindranavagarh Assembly constituency. In this second phase of electoral battle, the fate of a total of 958 candidates will be decided in EVMs. Today the public should give its decision in favor of those for which Congress and BJP have sweated a lot.

Voting will take place in these assemblies from 8 am

Talking about Bilaspur Assembly, BJP candidate from this area Amar Aggarwal will vote at Mission School Jupiter Bazar Center at 8.30 am. Congress candidate from Kota Vis will vote at 8 am at Atal Srivastava Shepherd School Centre. BJP candidate from Bilha Vis, Dharamlal Kaushik will vote at 8 am at Parsada Centre. Congress candidate from Bilha Vis, Siyaram Kaushik will vote at 9 am at Parsada Centre. Congress candidate from Bilaspur Vis, Shailesh Pandey will vote at Sakri center at 8.30 am.

Whereas in Surguja assembly constituency, TS Singh Deo (Congress) will vote at the Girls College polling booth. Amarjeet Bhagat (Congress) will vote in Sitapur. Dr Pritam Ram (Congress) will vote in Gagoli Lundra. Rajesh Aggarwal (BJP) will vote in Lakhanpur. Prabodh Minj (BJP) will vote in Phundudihari Ambikapur.

Tight security arrangements made for voting

Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Election 2023 phase 2: There are three assembly constituencies in Surajpur district, in which voting will be held from 8 am to 5 pm. A total of seven lakh five thousand 391 voters will use their votes in the district. About 25 thousand new voters will vote for the first time. Three lakh 53 thousand 125 men, three lakh 52 thousand 256 women and 10 voters of third gender will exercise their franchise in the district. About four thousand employees will vote in the district. About five thousand security forces have been deployed in the district to conduct peaceful elections. Tight security arrangements have been made for voting in the district.
