Sultanpur (UP), November 6 (Language) Two youths riding a motorcycle died after a roadways bus collided with an overbridge near the vegetable market in Kotwali Nagar area of Sultanpur district.
Police sources said on Monday that on Sunday evening, a bus from Sultanpur depot going from the city towards Amhat hit a motorcycle coming from the front. In this incident, motorcycle riding youth Sandeep Sharma (32) and Santosh Sharma (26) died.
He said that the bus driver absconded after the incident and a search is on for him.
Sources said that the police have taken possession of the bus and motorcycle and started legal action.
He told that both the youths were returning home after attending the thirteenth rites of their aunt.
