Delhi Metro trains will make 20 additional trips from November 3: DMRC.


New Delhi, November 2 (Language) To encourage more people to use public transport in Delhi and neighboring cities, Delhi Metro trains will make 20 additional trips from November 3. The officers provided this information.

Delhi’s air quality index (AQI) stood at 402 at 5 pm on Thursday, following which the Centre’s Pollution Control Commission implemented the third phase of the Phased Response Action Plan (GRAP). GRAP is implemented in the field during the winter season.

DMRC said in a statement, “In view of the implementation of the third phase of GRAP to tackle pollution in Delhi, DMRC will introduce 20 additional trips of trains on its network from tomorrow i.e. November 3, 2023 (Friday).”
