DLF will buy remaining stake in companies owning 63 acres of land in Gurugram.


New Delhi, November 8 (Language) Major real estate company DLF will acquire the remaining stake of companies owning a total of 63 acres of land in and around Gurugram for about Rs 40 crore.

DLF had acquired the rights to develop these land parcels in 2009-10.

DLF told the stock market on Tuesday that the Finance Committee of its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of approximately 5.22 per cent stake in Invecon Pvt Ltd, 4.48 per cent stake in Vikram Electric Equipments and 3.24 per cent stake in Uni International.

These companies are collectively called ‘land owning companies’.

These companies jointly own 63 acres of land in and around Gurugram.
