Film ‘Tiger 3’ crosses Rs 100 crore earning mark on second day of release

Mumbai, November 14 (Language) Salman Khan starrer ‘Tiger 3’ crossed the Rs 100 crore earning mark at the domestic box office on the second day of its release. Film production company Yash Raj Films (YRF) gave this information on Tuesday.

Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the film was released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages ​​on Sunday on the occasion of Diwali.

Apart from Khan, the film stars Emraan Hashmi and Katrina Kaif in lead roles.

According to a statement issued by the film producers, ‘Tiger 3’ earned Rs 58 crore on Monday. This is the highest earning on a Monday by any Hindi film. The film earned Rs 1.25 crore in other languages.

Tiger-3 had earned Rs 44.50 crore on the first day of its release. This film is the sequel to the film ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ released in 2017.

Advance booking of tickets for the film started on November 5.

The film has left behind Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Jawaan’ (53.23 crores) and Sunny Deol’s ‘Gadar-2’ (43.08 crores) in terms of earnings on the second day of its release.

Shahrukh Khan’s film ‘Pathan’ had earned Rs 70.5 crore on the second day of its release.
