Bareilly Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) had said on Friday that outpost in-charge Tinku Kumar, chief constables Pushpendra Rana and Manoj Kumar, constables Ankit Kumar, Deepak Kumar, Satyajit Singh and Mohit Kumar were booked for negligence and higher officials were informed about the incident.
