Hamirpur (HP), November 13 (Language) A bus parked at the bus stand caught fire on the night of Diwali in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, in which there is no news of any casualty.
Officials have expressed apprehension that the incident occurred due to firecrackers at the bus stand.
Fire officer Rajendra Chaudhary said on Monday that the fire was reported at around 8.30 pm, after which a team of fire personnel was sent to the spot and the fire was brought under control after about half an hour.
He said that the cause of fire in the private bus has not been known yet, but the possibility of fire being caused by firecrackers cannot be ruled out.
