New Delhi, November 20 (Language) Former employees of Byju’s, a leading online company in the education sector, have accused the company of missing the deadline for their full and final payment.
Byju’s workforce has collectively declined from 50,000 to 31,000-33,000 by October 2022.
A former Byju’s employee wrote on the social media platform, “I am writing to bring to your kind attention that I have not received my full and final (FNF) payment within the stipulated deadline of 45 days and it has now been almost 90 days Are.”
When contacted, the former employee claimed that many employees known to him had not yet been paid their full and final payments.
An employee has sent an email to several media persons. It claimed that Byju’s HR manager had promised her that she would be paid one month’s severance pay till October along with her September salary and later she received an email asking her to defer the payment till November 17. There was information.
The former Byju employee said that the payment is still being delayed.
No reply has been received to the e-mail sent to Byju in this regard.
However, a source in the company said that each employee has a tenure of three months and the payments are being completed as per each rotation.
