Mathura (UP) November 16 (Language) Two brothers were killed when a speeding motorcycle collided with an electric pole in a residential colony in Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh. Police gave this information on Thursday.
The incident took place at Suncity Anant Colony near the highway on Wednesday, police said. The deceased have been identified as Bablu (30) and Bunty (27) of Jait village.
Police station in-charge Inspector Ajay Verma said that both of them were roaming in the colony on motorcycle on Wednesday. His bike, which was traveling at high speed, collided with an electric pole at a turn.
The collision was so severe that both of them died on the spot.
Police have handed over the bodies to the relatives after post-mortem.
Police said that both the brothers were car mechanics and neither of them were wearing helmet at the time of the incident.
