Pratapgarh (Uttar Pradesh) November 18 (Language) In Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh, a teacher serving in a government school for 26 years was dismissed (terminated) on the basis of fake records. An official gave this information on Saturday.
District Basic Education Officer (BSA) Bhupendra Singh said on Saturday that Nand Kishore, a resident of Kalyangarh Nagarhan of development block Vihar area, was posted as an assistant teacher in Atarsui Primary School of the same development block, against which Chandrika Prasad Mishra of the village itself. Had complained about doing job on fake records on Chief Minister Portal.
Singh said that a notice was issued on the complaint and high school mark sheets and certificates were sought from the accused. He said that the verification of mark sheets and certificates by the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council revealed that Nand Kishore had appeared in the high school examination in 1975 and had got 48 marks. Her date of birth was 28 October 1958.
According to the District Basic Education Officer, he took the high school examination for the second time in 1984, in which he got 312 marks, but this time he changed his date of birth to 28 October 1964.
Singh said that he was appointed as an assistant teacher on July 31, 1997 and after 26 years of service, he was dismissed on Friday after the fake records were exposed.
