Two real sisters committed suicide in an ashram in Agra, made serious allegations in the suicide note.


Agra (UP), November 11 (Language) Two real sisters living in the ashram of a spiritual institution in Agra allegedly committed suicide. The bodies of both were found hanging from separate noose. Police gave this information on Saturday.

In the suicide note, serious allegations have been made against three people associated with the ashram and a woman. In this, allegations have been made ranging from embezzlement of money to other unethical activities.

In the suicide note, it was written requesting Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath that the accused should be given life imprisonment like Asaram Bapu.

Police are investigating the case based on the facts of the suicide note. The police will interrogate those whose names are written in the suicide note.

The deceased have been identified as Ekta (37) and her younger sister Shikha (34).

Ekta’s brother Sonu told that on Friday night at around 11.15 pm, his sister sent a suicide note on his WhatsApp, after which he immediately reached the ashram 13 kilometers away and found both the sisters hanging.

On receiving information about the incident, Deputy Commissioner of Police Sonam Kumar reached the spot. Sonu told the police that he had come to meet the sisters in the ashram two days ago and from their conversation at that time it did not seem that she could take any such step.

Deputy Commissioner said that Ekta and Shikha have made serious allegations against some employees of the ashram in the suicide note.

He said that on the basis of the suicide note and the complaint of the family, a case will be registered and action will be taken.
