He further said that the states of Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh were created by former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee to fulfill the aspirations of the people, but both the Congress government of Chhattisgarh and the JMM government of Jharkhand have filled their pockets by looting coal, liquor and sand. Such a predatory government has to be uprooted.
