Bilaspur- Husband strangled his wife to death over a family dispute. Wrapped the dead body in a blanket, put it in the auto and threw it in the garbage heap. The police have arrested the murderer husband and taken action.
According to the information received from Torva Police, the nature of the matter is that Muskaan alias Poonam Khan was getting married to a person named Adit alias Radhe alias Fokat in Bapu Nagar when on 30.10.2023 there was an argument between the two regarding domestic matters. Due to a fight, the deceased’s husband Adit alias Radhe alias Fokat Kalasha strangulated the deceased Muskaan Khan alias Poonam to death, wrapped her body in a blanket, stuffed it in an auto, threw it in a garbage heap near Murrabhatta and ran away, who ran away in the name of the deceased’s P.M. . On the basis of the report, when the murder was confirmed, a crime was registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and taken up for investigation.
Seeing the seriousness of the matter, immediate information was given to District Superintendent of Police Santosh Kumar Singh (I.P.S.), Additional Superintendent of Police (City) Rajendra Jaiswal and City Superintendent of Police Kotwali Smt. Pooja Kumar, on which immediate action was taken to arrest the accused. Instructions were received, following which the police team under the leadership of Torwa police station in-charge, Smt. Kamla Pusam Thakur, immediately traced the accused and arrested the accused Adit alias Radhe alias Fokat Kalasaha and interrogated him. It was found that there was a family dispute between the husband and wife over domestic matters and In a fit of rage, he confessed to killing the deceased by strangulating her, wrapping her body in a blanket and throwing it in the garbage heap. The accused has been arrested for confessing his crime and is being produced in the court.
